Corliss serves as the Director of Growth for Baird Trust. Corliss supports educational initiatives and marketing objectives, while also providing financial advisors and their clients with an in-depth understanding of the wealth of services offered by Baird Trust.

Corliss transitioned to Baird Trust after more than 20 years of banking, private wealth management, and trust and estate planning experience. Most recently, Corliss worked for Raymond James Trust as a Trust Consultant promoting trust services in the Midwest Region. She also had a heavy focus on charitable planning and philanthropic giving. Corliss also worked with Bank of America Private Bank in the West Central Florida market where she managed a team of associates who specialized in cultivating high-net-worth client relationships and delivering trust and estate planning.

Corliss received a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. She also holds her Master’s Degree in business administration and a Juris Doctor degree. She holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation from the American Bankers Association. Corliss joined her current firm in 2023.

What was your first job?

I worked at my family’s dry cleaners for my first, real job. They had me managing the front desk by greeting the customers.

If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Bread pudding!

What is your favorite book?

The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. It teaches discipline that leads to transformation.

If you could learn one new personal skill, what would it be?

How to paint. I believe creative expression is critical to supporting joy and optimism.
